Guide to Participating in the ORI Private Sale

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Private Sale for the ORI token! This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to take part in the sale and the associated details.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access the Google Form

• Click on the following link to access the Private Sale Google Form: Google Form

• Ensure you have a Google account to fill out the form.

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

• Complete all required fields in the form, including:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Amount of ORI Tokens you wish to purchase

  • Any additional information or comments

• Review your entries for accuracy before submitting.

Step 3: Submit the Form

• Once you have filled in all necessary information, click the "Submit" button.

• You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your submission has been received.

Step 4: Review Terms and Conditions

• After submitting the form, you will receive an email containing the terms and conditions of the Private Sale, including:

  • Total allocation available for the Private Sale

  • Purchase price per ORI token

  • Vesting schedule details (1-year cliff and linear release over 2 years)

Step 5: Make Your Purchase

If you agree to the pricing and terms of the Private Sale, please proceed as follows:

1. Make Your Payment: Transfer the agreed amount to the wallet address provided in the email.

2. Complete the Payment Confirmation Form: After making the payment, fill out the payment confirmation form included in the email. You will need to provide details such as your transaction ID and the amount paid.

3. Respond to the Email: Reply to the confirmation email indicating that you have completed the payment and submitted the payment confirmation form.

Step 6: Token Distribution Once the Orina team verifies your payment information, your ORI tokens will be allocated to the wallet address you provided. You will then receive a confirmation email finalizing your purchase and confirming the allocation of your tokens.
